7 Bronze - 4 Silver - 1 Gold -- 12 trophies in total.

Easy Difficulty Clear - in help & options, settings, set difficulty to Easy.
Normal Difficulty clear- in help & options, settings, set difficulty to Normal.
Hard Difficulty Clear- in help & options, settings, set difficulty to Hard.
Insane Difficulty Clear- in help & options, settings, set difficulty to Insane.
Nightmare Difficulty Clear- in help & options, settings, set difficulty to Nightmare.
Challenge Mode Clear- start game, challenge, play & complete challenge 99. (use weapon field)
1,500 Chained- start game play and complete 2 - 4 without dying. (use weapon field)
Music Fan- start game, music, select a song. (use weapon field)
High Score Of 10,000,000 & Continue free Clear - you have to do this on your own, set the game to easy and 9 ships use field as your weapon. (finish the game for these 2 trophies).
1,000 Nagoya Attacks- watch the following video (You must login or register to view this content.) to see how it's done, i prefer the field weapon
Classic Ufo Hunter- destroy the mothership in common descent level zero in normal game mode.
you have to die and wait for the results to end for the trophy to pop.

have checked all the difficulty trophy levels, and they work, just difficulty in options and play the last level on each difficulty, same for the bonus, play the last level in block 2, then do challenge 99 for that trophy. the only one i did not get from this save was the play 30 levels without a continue. you do have to do that, but all upgraded weapons are unlocked which should make it easier.
