I created another save file just now and uploaded it to Mediafire which seems to be more stable for files.

To unlock the trophy all you need to do is go to Shellac and buy the 40,000Y drink. If your HP is full just eat some bait from the inventory to take some damage.

Since everyone seems to be removing Param.SFO i have done this now too.
