This is a EU version of the save. If you want to use it for US/PSN version, put your save into the thumbdrive and copy the files OPTIONS, PARAM.PFD and SVGAME00 to your save and resign it.

Something I seem to be doing wrong. After copying the save and starting the game I don't have a save under "Load game". Can anyone help?

Did you re-resign the save(s) before copying them over?

Does anyone have a save file for 'beat the game on a Hard difficulty' trophy?
Haven't tried op's file but some guy here complained that it's actually a Normal difficulty.

EDIT: Beating Kaileena from op's save will grant you a Hard difficulty trophy, don't know what that guy was complaining about lol.
