All you need is go into the dna section and replay the secret locations memory A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing: Basilica di San Pietro. In the mission you must discover and chase a priest through a church. After chasing him you must fight and kill him, once killing him there will be flapping curtains with a leap of faith beam through those curtains to finish the level. Don't jump! Instead hit O to drop down on the leap of faith beam and the flag is under it on another beam. This will give you 101/101 Borgia flags.

-Resign my Save to your Profile using either CFW or Xploder.
-Download and install ALL Animus Updates (v1.0, v2.0 and v3.0 I think) From the PSN Store (They are all free).
-Load the game, enter Multiplayer.
-In Multiplayer menu turn ON Animus Update v2.0.
-Play a match, kill a civillian (or get killed by someone).
-*Ding* You have earned a trophy.

Some people are having a few problems when using the Save saying that 'The trophy dont pop' etc. There is a simple fix for this:
FOR EU USERS:
-First Make sure you have the correct region, and BACKUP YOUR SAVES!
-Put MY PROFILE Save onto a USB/Storage Device and move this into Xploder under 'My PS3 GameSaves'.
-Put YOUR PROFILE Save onto a USB/Storage Device and load up the USB in Xploder.
-Drag MY PROFILE Save onto YOUR PROFILE Save, then load up the Save from the USB onto your PS3.
-Now do the follow the steps again, this time for the PROGRESS SAVE.
-Now follow the steps for AEOTM Trophy.
FOR US USERS:
-Take my PROFILE SAVE and put it on your computer.
-Now put YOUR PROFILE SAVE on a USB/Storage Device.
-Copy everything from my Save (EXCEPT FOR THE IMAGE FILE AND THE PARAM.SFO) and PASTE INTO YOUR SAVE.
-Now load your USB/Storage Device onto Xploder.
-Drag and drop the Save from your USB to your computer through Xploder into 'My PS3 GameSaves', then click COPY.
-Drag and drop the Save onto the Save on your USB/Storage Device then click OVERWRITE, making sure you click OK to any errors.
-Load Save from USB/Storage device to PS3.

There have been other saves for this trophy, but I couldn't find the original one and some saves had passwords and such, so I decided to make my own save. This save also made it so that the last feather is extremely easy to collect and therefor I think that this save is better than the previous saves.

I live in EU, hence all saves that are made by me are EU saves, it's not that hard to change the region. I think that some of the saves in this set, which are not made by me, might be US saves and/or be saves for saveslot 2.
I do not wish to take credit for these saves since I have taken no part in the making of them. If there is already a save for something, don't duplicate it. However, if you believe that the save you have is better then the save that already exits, sure, you should be fine to upload it.
I asked each and everyone that have been a part of this set if it was ok for them if I included their saves in the set. mark1 said no, therefor I refer back to his thread instead of duplicating his saves.
If I may ask, in what way will the saves you make be an improvement from my saves? If you have something better I would love to see it, everyone likes an upgrade.
