That should be on save 20 if you open the file they all have a read me file you would see it in there about that trophy!
You have to beat 40 foes and finish the level really easy.

Yep, this save includes the Mazuri Mission, THX!!
One last question: The last Eggman Mission (beating the level in 45 minutes) - is this still hard or easy going?

Not gonna lie it can be a challenge but if you think you can not do it in 1 run then try practice the normal level with checkpoints and get a feel for the whole level and look up some videos with short cuts and glitches they might help!
