I bring to you, a complete Platinum saveset for LEGO The Hobbit.

Each story trophy has its own save. You start on the checkpoint before the level is finished. You'll only need to complete the levels to get each trophy. This will make 16 saves in total and will take about 1-2 hours.
For all the remaining trophies you'll only need 1 save. Follow the guide and you'll have them all. It's possible to get all 23 trophies in just 12 minutes.
A guide is included in the saveset, but you can also follow the one I write here.

As soon as you load the save, you will pick up a few studs.

Press Select to bring up the map.
Choose a green banner, these are the story levels.
Navigate left/right to the level "Barrels Out Of Bond". (11th level)
Choose "Free Play" then Choose "Escaping the Woodland Realm".
Choose any character (press X twice).
Go to the left and destroy the table.
Hold Circle and build up the pieces.
Stand to the right of the working bench and press Circle.
Throw in the necessary resources, the mini-game will start.
If your bonus counter gets to 0, press Circle to go back and try again.
Complete the mini-game and get any amount of bonus studs from it.

Now press Start and "Quit to Middle-earth".
Choose "Save and Exit"

Once you are back in Middle-earth, go to the opening in the mountain behind you.
Here's a vending machine, press Circle then buy anything. You can then exit out of it.

Hold Triangle and choose the South option "Extra Characters".
Choose a character with the ability "mine LEGO loot":
Bofur, 1st row, number 13 from the left, or,
Bofur (Lake-town), 5th row, number 12 from the left.
Find a mining spot, a shiny pile of ore.
Press Square at it with Bofur to start the mini-mining-game.
Press Square when the arrow is on the middle part (the part with most colour on it).
Quickly press Circle before you hit it to abort.
This way you can have an infinite amount of tries on one ore.
And if you get it right the trophy will pop even if you didn't hit it. Win-Win...

Go back to where you spawned.
You will see an eagle statue. Go stand face-to-face with it.
Behind it you will see a wall with a path ontop of it.
Before you go there, grab a horse.
(Hold Triangle and choose the West option "Mount", then choose any of them.
Now go to the path.
Stop at the corner of the 90 degrees left turn, you'll see a snowman.
Climb the mountain in front of you, try keeping to the white parts.
Jumping helps too, it's a bit of a struggle but you should be able to get up.
Once you are finally up, jump off your horse and stand in the circle in front of the Dwarf.
Press Circle, also don't forget to buy the Red Brick as it is needed for 100%.
Go up to it, press Circle, then buy it.

Hold Triangle, choose "Extra Characters", choose:
Thorin, 2nd row, number 4 from the left!
Hold Triangle, choose the South-East option "Treasure Trove"
Equip all of these three (inventory row does NOT count (top 4 items)):
Dazzle Wig, 3rd row, number 8 from the left,
Mithril Rhythm Stick, 5th row, number 9 from the left, and,
Mithril Dance Boots, 6th, row, number 13 from the left.

Hold Triangle, choose "Treasure Trove". Equip:
Mithril Mushroom Crown, 6th row, number 3 from the left.

Hold Triangle, choose "Extra Characters", choose:
Beorn, 3rd row, first one from RIGHT.
Hold Circle, you are now a bear.

Turn on a second controller, then press start with Player 2 to join.
Close to where the Dwarf previously was there will be an icon on your minimap that looks like a stone giant. (Similar to the icon on the "Over Hill and Under Hill" level). It is right there on the mountain you climbed. Go there and press Circle, then choose Yes. (You'll have to start it in co-op mode (2 Player split-screen).
You are now a Stone-giant, destroy stuff until you get 1,000,000 studs in the bonus level.
Your Player 2 doesn't have to move at all.
Once you have collected 1,000,000 studs.

You can now turn off your second controller.
Hold Triangle and choose "Extra Characters".
Choose any character with the ability "buddy up". (If you are Bilbo, that's fine too)
Press Triangle to switch to the other character in your party (Gandalf).
Hold Triangle and choose "Extra Characters". Choose one of the following:
Balin, 1st row, number 11 from the left,
Bifur, 1st row, number 12 from the left,
Bofur, 1st row, number 13 from the left,
Bombur, 1st row, number 14 from the left,
Dori, 1st row, number 15 from the left,
Dwalin, 1st row, number 16 from the left,
Fili, 1st row, number 17 from the left,
Kili, 1st row, number 18 from the left,
Gloin, 1st row, number 19 from the left,
Nori, 2nd row, number 1 from the left,
Oin, 2nd row, number 2 from the left,
Ori, 2nd row, number 3 from the left, or,
Thorin, 2nd row, number 4 from the left.
Press Select to bring up the map.
Find the Eagle statue that's called "Caradhras" (see picture in Spoiler)
Choose it and fast travel to it.
As any of the previously characters, stand close to your "buddy" and press Circle to "buddy up". You now control both characters.
There are usually a few orcs nearby, kill one (Square) while you are in "buddy up" mode.

Hold Triangle, choose "Extra Characters", choose:
Gandalf, 1st row, number 10 from the left.
If there are no orcs nearby, enter the cave right next to the eagle statue, then exit again.
Orcs should be back.
Go up to one and Hold Circle, fill up the bar, then release.
Orc should be dazzled.

Find the Eagle statue that's called "Lake-town" (see picture in Spoiler)
Choose it and fast travel to it.
Enter the door to the right of you (when you are facing the statue).
Stand on one of the brown pads.
Press X. Press Left. Press X. Choose any. Press Circle twice to exit out.

Find the Eagle statue that's called "Bree" (see picture in Spoiler)
Choose it and fast travel to it.
In Bree there is a Blacksmith. (see picture in Spoiler)
Go to it, wait for the door to open and head inside.
Inside, go to the left and up to the Blacksmith.
Press Circle then X to buy him.
If you have done all 16 of the Story trophies and all of the ones described here you will also unlock the Platinum.

edit: nevermind.. there was something wrong with my bruteforce, so i uninstalled it and redownloaded it.. worked like a charm!

Um, pdftool.exe errors have nothing to do with any of this. Your Windows are telling you something is wrong and could possibly be because of a virus.
