What resigner are using and tell me what did you do in the resigner before you copy it to ps3

I'm having the exact same issue I am using the KG resigner I change the profile to my own and then change the region to BLES01657 but it still wont work I am certain I have updated the games.conf properly as the savedate will convert and resign however when I try to copy to my PS3 it says the same error message
