When I get the 10 plats and I earn 10$ that money it can be applied to another account or it has to be only on the account that was earn

they dont do that anymore, you can only do that if your account was already enrolled in it.

They give you a code that you entre, so kinda yes.

And do you know if that code it can be used on any acc?

What a joke of a program... and only US citizens can get it. Canada gets screwed.
