I have followed all the instructions posted on this video:

But when I start the game, PS3 tells me that the savefile belongs to another user, I can use it but I won't be able to obtain any trophies.

My questions:
1) Is it just an ordinary message from PS3 because it's dumb and it doesn't recognize that I have re-signed that savefile using Game Genie?
Or I get that message because I made some mistakes while re-signing the savefile?

2) I won't be really able to achieve trophies, even if that savefile has plenty of trophies the original owner hasn't obtained?

3) Does anyone have any experience about this?

Answers to your questions....

1) You've made mistake(s) while resigning
2) All depends on how they created the game save(s), for example, they saved BEFORE the requirement for the trophy to pop
3) I only started to learn about this about all this Jan 2019 to earn trophies from other members saves. I then created saves to share
NOTE: It's all about trial and error, just keep testing out on an alt account (you don't neeed to sync to psn server) you will get there eventually

About my second question, I always make accurate search if the owner hasn't already achieve that trophy, for example I found some saves for Dead Space 2 (player was on hardest difficulty and only last chapter was to complete) and NG+ already unlocked for The Last Of Us (so I have to play it only one time in Grounded Mode+, saving me three entire playthroughs, since all difficulty related trophies stack)
