It would be PS3ita for me, as I am mainly a DEX user. I used to predominantly use Rebug for both CEX & DEX, but for CEX I'd have to say that Habib is probably my favourite, purely because of the integrated COBRA features. I know Rebug has now implemented COBRA features, but the latest Rebug firmware didn't seem to like my CECHP03 console very much.

As for being banned, I have been using custom firmware online for a couple years now & I've never had a console or account ban. I've had a few game bans, but that's about it.

im a dex user so i, i would use 4.50ITA for dex and rebug for cex. t think the ban risk is the same for every cfw but i might be wrong

I've never been banned with my CEX consoles,I have been in the scene since 3.41 Cfw was released.
Though I never mod and play legit with my CEX consoles.
With my DEX console I seem to be banned around every 2-3 months.
