I for one love the new Dragon Engine, but I DESPISE to death the whole '5 types of EXP' and such... so here's a NEAR maxed starter save with some fun hacks/modifications thrown in.

Almost all moves and Heat actions gained
All Combat Manuals/Primers read/learnt
All Lifestyle upgrades obtained
Best Gear/Equipment (War God Talisman+Parry Talisman+Four Gods Beads) equipped x2 sets

All Casino/Gambling cheat items obtained x99
Best Weapons (Dragon-SP gun, Photon Blade RG, Rocket Launcher, etc) in Inventory
9999x Majima Construction tickets

Ok, now there's a few things to note:

1) Stats are maxed as far as possible in the beginning area where you are still looking for Daigo. The game is saved inside the Mahjong parlor on Tenkaichi St. Beyond all the Combat Manuals/Primers/Secret Books upgrades being applied, the rest of the upgrades/moves/etc are Story gated and you have to progress the story to get the rest. Everything that can be gotten has been gotten, including the Ultimate Essence which normally requires you to beat Jo Amon first and take his combat manual.

2) All locker keys have been obtained and you have 90 of each... but naturally you can only open each locker once per playthrough. The 90x keys simply means you can play through repeatedly and keep opening them each play without having to re-find them all again. If you do find some, well, it'll add to the count. Likewise with the gambling cheat items you have 99 of each. I tried to make them infinite usage but eh, that didn't work :/

3) There are two sets of the 'best equipment' ie the War God Talisman, Parry Talisman and the Four Gods Beads in this save... this is legitimately impossible to achieve. One set is equipped on Kiryu and the other set is in the Item box storage. The 2nd set is hopefully usable on Majima when you eventually switch to him. I was TRYING to put the 2nd set in his inventory, but couldn't work out how.

Aside from the above, the save is as 'maxed' as you're probably going to get without being in New Game Plus/Premium New Game and is saved on Hard.

The save was made on the EU PSN version... For some reason the save folder ID is CUSA10634 which is the same as the US one so I'm going to assume its all one version. If it doesn't work on the US game then welp... remember this was made on the EU version.

UPDATE: Sorry, the original 'starter' save is gone... So I've uploaded a Premium Adventure save that you can use to start New Game+ with all of the above features intact and more. All abilities have been obtained and fully maxed... There pretty much is nothing left to do... But eh, this'll make some of you happy

Would you mind giving the code for Modifying Yen? I stupidly set my Yen to Max without backing up my save and I don't want to pop the 10,000,000 Yen trophy yet...

Use Advanced mode in SW and look at the very top line, its there.

I tried changing that value to 5,999,999 and 005,999,999, neither work. In-game still shows 999,999,999.

are there any trophies that would be missed from using this save since it has some upgrades and stuff already obtained?

Not too sure then. I got the max money by using SW's quick mode cheat as opposed to manual editing the file. But, I did see a possibility... under the equipment section is a bunch of long 000000000 strings. There is one 9 digit string that matches your money value... that could be the actual value.

Just guessing though, if you want to try it go ahead.

EDIT: I just made some edits to my own game and figured I'd give it a go... and yep, I was right. You have to edit your money at the very top AND at that number string section immediately after the equipment/gear segment. Both have to match up. I reduced my money to 999,999 so winning at mahjong/casino matters again.

Possibly the trophies you get for max upgrading a stat. ie Life of the Dragon, Strength of the Dragon, Heat of the Dragon, etc. There's a chance those may simply pop for you however if you use the save.
