I would like to request a save where all challenges are complete, 90 out of 90, and the rewards for doing so are unlocked.

Preferably in chapter 3 or 4.

Seconded, but it seems a number of those challenges might be locked by requirements that are easier to complete after chapter 6. I'd settle for all challenges completed, regardless of what chapter it might be in.

That, or a save with all trinkets from the fence unlocked.

Unfortunately the challenges are impossible to complete until the games epilogue.. the herbalist challenge requires some plants from New Austin and the legendary Bison / Cougar can only be found there

SaveWizard did however release some new codes the last few days, one of them is ‘Unlock full map', I wonder if that will allow Arthur to get into New Austin early perhaps?

It doesn't, it only removes fog of war thus revealing the entire map, does not allow you to travel to New Austin.
