only trophy is to equip one of every blood vail and weapon and get one blood veil and weapon to +10

Those kind of cheats are only possible with RTM (Real-Time Memory) editors like the Cheat Engine program on the PC. The so-called "god mode" codes for games supported by SW are really and simply editing the health to very high levels.
In Code Vein, your health is calculated in real-time and varies depending on your equipped Blood Code and current level, so it's not going to be something able to be edited in the saved data.

Any codes for the cheat weapon and no stagger blood veil? I know they're possible to get through cheat engine on pc but considering they are already in the code for the save I'm assuming it's possible to add them in on Ps4.

Not yet without knowing what the IDs are for them. Even then, actually editing them into your inventory is a tricky matter because the CV saved data shows a list of all the weapons and blood veils, but certain items don't show up in the saved data until you first get one and thus can't be edited.
