Just search for you current exp (converted to hex). It should normally be in the first couple results, and set the value to FFFFFF. It requires a bit of trial and error (not many attempts, though) If your using save wizard, it will automatically make a backup save- so you can reload your latest backup, and try the next matching value (you will probably find the value within a few attempts, maybe 5 max).

I linked below a thread that should have all the codes you need, if you make perks/skill points above 500, i think was the upper limit for bonuses, it gives you the max possible values for everything. This is what I used to have as much of the health value I could, among other things.
