Apply after you get your first (Health Vial) at Dans Crypt.
Once you get the health Vial, go to the map and exit.

Now save data to usb and open save wizard add part 1 and part 2, put the data back on your ps4, now beat the first level.

Reason being the cap hasn't been created within your data, if you try and add value part 3 without beating at-least (1) level your data will be corrupt and crash with no hope of saving your information without a back up.

So basically part 1 and part 2 give you "max" Health Vial where, when you beat the first level and apply part 3 you have "Super Max" Health Vial. Hope I've cleared this up.

Edit:

If you look closely you'll be able to tell within the code part 2 and part 3 I made that part 2 was just a "crutch", to help it along till the rest of the data was generated to add part 3. Lot of people have asked me about this code I've always explained to my best ability but sometimes it's funny, when people don't notice the most simple things right in front of them. lmao
