I'm using secondary account...and only ban in DS3 while i modded BB and it's okay to play online

The values for HP, FP, and Stamina are located above your character's name. However, I don't really care about beating DS3 multiple times, but I guess it might be fun to play NG+3 with cheats. Just play offline!!!

I’ve discovered that it’s not infinite health as such, it puts it at about 16000 HP however when you get later into the game, you can still die.

There are some creatures in irithyll dungeon that will destroy your health bar in a couple of seconds so if your not careful your HP will totally run out. And we all know what happens then.

Just something to be mindful of I suppose, the health bar does go down over time, it’s not fixed.
