Error occurred while initiating session with the server

What may be causing this error, because in my office I use the program normally...
I use the program only on my Notebook...
I find it strange to work in my office and at home appear this error, being that the PS4 Save Wizard is used in the same notebook...

I appreciate it if you can help me...

i have the same error since yesterday and today also the website cant open...who else?
