Post: Save Wizard crashes when using my own Quick Mode codes.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I hope this is an okay place to bring this up, since I tried contacting SW support via their site and haven't heard back from them yet.

I've been using SW for several weeks, and the program consistently crashes when I try to apply my own codes in Quick Mode. What's odd is that the very first time I create and apply a code to a save, it works okay, but if I try to apply the same code again to another save the software gives a "server error" message and shuts down. However, if I delete the codes from SW, then recreate and apply them again, it works...but only one time. In other words, I have to delete and manually recreate my quick codes every single time I apply them, which obviously defeats the entire purpose of a "quick" mode. I'm wondering if anyone else here is experiencing this, and whether anyone has any suggestions or advice. The only other info I can supply is the error code - 10012:d74b-4043456 - since all the program windows close instantly when I click "OK."

One issue that might be related is that when I try to edit most of my codes in Quick Mode, I get an "unhandled exception" error (click the spoiler below for the full text dump). I've tried shortening the codes, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. The codes work fine on the saves to which their applied, so I'm stumped as to what I could be doing wrong, but I'd imagine if everyone else experienced this issue there would be a lot more threads about it and it probably would have been resolved by now.

FYI: I've tried using both the regular version - 1.0.6510.36416 - and the beta - 1.0.6909.31067. I'm using the SaveWizard.net software, and so far I've only been using it on the Resident Evil 2 Remake (CUSA09193). I also deleted and reinstalled the program as suggested You must login or register to view this content..

Thanks for any help!

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

you cannot apply your createtd codes to another save. thats a very old old problem. the codes you create for your save are connected to your save wizard acount and therefore for your own save, and that works fine. once you try to apply them to another save the programm crashes because it cannot handle the information coz its not the same save. same happens to me all the time when i try to apply several quick saves to my save. i have to restart the stupid programm all the time to activate another one. E.G. unlimited money - activivate.....then...oh i need max stamina.....try to apply - crash.......every single time. thats maybe not helping but i know that it doesnt work and you are not the only one with this problem!
greetz

PS: Dont know where to post it.....But SAVE WIZARD is down at the moment anyway....website and program dont work ....reallly annoying

Well, so far I've only been using SW with Resident Evil 2, so I don't know if the problem is isolated to that one game. Maybe I'll try a few others to see if there's any difference.
