Yeah this is a known issue for this game some of the Save Wizard cheats for this game will do that not sure what ones will and what one won't

Some cheats can only be applied under certain circumstances of the game.

If you use indiscriminate, you will have blue screen.

Test, 1 to 1, to see which cheat can be applied.

I can assure you that Max Upgrade Item will have blue screen .... do not use.

With few cheats (money, craft materials) you will already have the game in hand.
