Moved thread to Game Saves Questions. If it's not supported, then you can Resign other people's saves, but you would not be able to otherwise cheat or mod your own saves or others (no re-regioning either).

Like aeneax said make sure the save is inside a zip folder then just use the import button and import the save and click resign
