However the last of us isn't one of them

As mrrws has stated, no to multiple region stacks for PS4 TLOU

If there's separate trophy lists for the game yes...most games share same trophy list though...

You can get the PS3 version for one platinum and the PS4 version for the other though. (I've done it)
