Can't say for sure yet, but very likely. I doubt advanced mode will be made available though because of earlier shenanigans with Nioh 1 lol.

Does anyone know will the save wizard be updated to Prestige points and missing materials (because right now they only have half of them)

Eventually those will be added. I doubt prestige points will be added, but the missing materials will be.
