He has millions on his character and is nice enough to let me resign his save into my account. Is that possible? I'm still new to using Save Wizard. Thanks in advance!

Anyway, with GTA Online, I wouldn't think it's possible but I can't say for sure. Story Mode, sure. But GTA Online, almost all of it is tracked server side. There are plenty who know a whole lot more about modding GTA than I would ever care to. But I don't think cash - or much else - is stored in the offline save files.
