Same i have the same problem

you need a save from your profile with cheats available on your usb. you can only right click register profile from the cheats section which means you need a save with cheats available. then you can go over to resign then import the save you want to resign in zip format then choose your profile, I still haven't figured out how to resign regularly without it being in zip format.

when u gonna resign.The folder must be in a .ZIP

Importing, and registering a profile, does the same thing.
