but before i buy i would like to know a few things

1) Can You re-regioning and -resigning saves that are not in there online detabase
2) can you use save's from diffent regions

2) yes you can change it

but now in this beta not all updates of the saves will work i got save wizard and its working really good for me region changer will release soon the only bad thing you got is you only can add 3 accounts but you can remove them when you got them on your savewizard for 1 month
