THREAD: Save wizard license key problem

    I bought Save wizard around a week ago, from savewizard.net, and the license key was send to my mail. Since that I tried to activated my save wizard with the license key, but unfortunately..."the license key you have entered is invalid. Please check and try again." >>>> there is no error code.

    So I filled the support form from the websites, and there a single reply that said that my connection, anti virus, firewall can cause that. I tried again, while turn off my antivirus, firewall, and tried 3 different internet provider, with still the same result. So I filled again the support form from the site, but still got no response from the save wizard...until now (5 days already)

    Is there someone in this forum use to have similar problem with mine ? or got any ideas why this happen ? please need some advise....I want to enjoy my 60 bucks..

    try contacting them directly by commenting on their Facebook posts,

    I never got a response through email from them so decided to use social media(twitter/facebook) and they did reply within the same day.
