I need save CUSA 11609 - EU Version DIGITAL too. Or can anyone help how to reasign this CUSA 11608 save to CUSA 11609 with Save Wizard (or another program) ? It is stupid, because one game, EU region and 2 diferrent CUSA versions !?

File 1 is for EU disk version and File 2 is for EU digital version (or vice versa). Try it.

Hi i tried yo second file for cusa 11609 but still when loading the skill challenges the last attack scenario is B could you check the save again ?

Before you use it, you need follow this instruction:
1. Upload your Fifa 19 SAVE File to PS+ Storage or USB
2. delete your Save from the PS4
3. go offline
4. resign the Save and copy it to your PS4
5. play any Skill Game and complete it with Gold
6. Trophy unlocked
