Just go to Mission 11 Three Warriors, Pick Dante, Go into Gunslinger Mode, go to the last part where you can upgrade your stuff then jump down and Lock on and spam O while using the Dr. Faust You will get about 87,000 Red Orbs every 5 mins or so After that you just click Reload checkpoint when all the enemies are dead it will put you right before it and you keep the Red Orbs

I did it within like 30 mins just upgrade Dr. Faust all the way and use Devil Trigger to heal
