These trophies are in the beginning of the game just start a new game and you would get the trophies in no time especially the bottom one would maybe take 5mins to do

im not good at the racing parts.

Ah shit i looked at the wrong trophies thought you meant the top 2 trophies but the racing ones its impossible to make a save for that since the trophy pops right after the save is done and no save can be made at the end of the race
