For those wondering what this error means, it basically means that the application can't start.
Furthermore, a better definition from the PS4 Wiki:
"Occurs on a retail PS4 with a non married BD logic board. Apps restricted from loading however, DVD playback is functional."
Now, everyone wont have this, it's only an error a few people get trying to start an application on 1.76. Hope everyone enjoys the fix that 2m4u released!
