My ps4 pro is noisy, too.

ffs mine sound like a damn beast I need a solution I asked but all answers I got was about opening the ps4 and cleaning it manually and I don't want that
so I changed my ps4 place where the dust can't reach the fan did the rest heavily reduced the noise hope it can help a little bit until you get a real solution

It depends from games too....for ex. God Of War uses Hi res graphic HDR etc so it's normal that fans are louder than another non hi res game.
