Is the save game region locked to [EU] because my PSN account is setup to be from a European country?

Is my save game locked to [EU] because I bought the game from PSN Store while logged into my [EU] PSN account? [Answer]

Only the game matters if you have the US game on a EU acc then the save would be a US save
