Once you finish the fight, do the side mission for Mr. Freeze and you should also get the trophy for all gadgets and upgrades. Not sure if it will pop any other trophies.

Looks like the save file is bugged because for some reason the game freezes in the loading screen when I select continue new game plus but it works fine if i select to continue the normal game.
