First time doing this, but how do the ps3 saves work? There are 22 ps3 numbered in order. What are the other 13 saves that have these names:BLES02058-SAVE-SAVE000A. It goes up to letter F. It's also showing the save001 like that too. (BLES02058-SAVE-SAVE001A). The roadmap says there are 34 base game saves.
Could you clarify a bit? Which folder are you downloading? Based on what you've said, I downloaded the PS3 Platinum Trophy file set to see what might be going on, and in there I see 34 separate folders corresponding to 34 separate PS3 saves, just like the roadmap indicates for the base game.
So right now I can only speculate as to what issue you might be running into especially since, like you said, this is your first time doing this. Plus it's been quite a while since I've worked with PS3 saves. But the first 2 guesses that come to mind for me are perhaps downloading a different folder, or perhaps it's an issue of the tool you're using to resign the saves not actually showing all of the saves correctly (but I see 34 saves in there).
Which program are you using? And which folder name are you downloading? I suppose a third guess comes to mind now: Since this is your first time doing this, are you aware you'll need third-party software to "resign" the saves from Tigermark's account to yours before your PS3 will recognize them? If not post back or PM me and I'll give you a quick rundown.
For the "other 13 saves" ending in things like 0A, 0F, 1A, 1F, those are valid PS3 saves. The file structure is simply in hexidecimal format, which uses 16 digits instead of the 10 we used in ordinary decimal (instead of 0 through 9, it's 0 through f). For purposes of the save file numbering here, it basically means number 10 is not number 10 (the save number listed as "10" here is actually number 16 in decimal). In hexidecimal, you count up to 9, but then instead of 10 it becomes 0a, 0b, 0c, 0d, 0e, and 0f which would be 15 in decimal, THEN 10 which again would be 16 in decimal, then go on up to 19, then 2a through 2f, then 20 and so on.
But in short, those "other 13 saves" are part of the save set and should be showing up in the PS3 resigning/editing tool you are using.
