Trying to help a little with the community, I share my SAVE with you.
You can obtain the following trophies
1.- Find all the events aroud paradise City (see image)

2.- Smash 60 burnout billboards (only 3 are missing)
It is likely that as in the other publication you can get some other trophies, however, I am helping with those that take a little time.
