Looks some of not most trophies pop. Story related might pop if u complete the last boss.

I don't know the game but based on my knowledge of trophies in other games my strong guess would be no. If they were to work like that, it would most likely be in a smaller game and pop on load, not on game completion. If there's any sort of chapter select you might be able to pop them that way, or new game plus, but even then it's just a maybe.

No, it does not. You have to play the game by yourself or find savegames before the end of each chapter.
I posted this in another thread already: I worked on a new save for Recruiting Sergeant, Recruiting Consultant and King of the Castle! It's CUSA09243 EU disc version and you will probably need all DLCs as I have the season pass.
Go into the cave, speak with the NPC, follow the marker and kill the tainted creature and hand in the quest at the entrance of the cave with the NPC. It will give you the last missing citizen. Press start twice and teleport to Evermore, press triangle and upgrade your castle to lvl 4.
