How do I put this save file on my ps4?

This is how I answered a similar questions yesterday - I'm quoting directly just to save some time so the first part in your case could maybe just be changed to "buy Save Wizard software, use it to 'resign' saves to your account, then USB from PC to PS4":

Not understanding precisely where you're getting hung up, since it's such a general question, so I'll give a basic answer and if you already know that basic answer forgive me, and a game-specific answer (but maybe I'm reading too much into your question?). I also have two links below that which may help.

First you would need specialized software called Save Wizard, otherwise you can't use other people's saves, only your own. But after you have that, you would put them on a USB stick, use the software to change the saves so that they're under your account and your PS4 recognizes them, put the USB stick into your PS4 and copy them on just as if you were working with your own backup saves (USB backups, not PSN Cloud, but same menu). If THIS is what you were getting at, then I would definitely read the two links I have at the bottom, or at least the parts you're hung up on. Skip the more advanced parts like Advanced Mode, changing a game's region, and instead focus on setting up the software and "resigning" a game save to your account.

If you're instead wondering because there are so many games WITHIN this one game, each game has a different save file (I think) BUT they are all stored under the same "Sega Mega Drive Classics" place, meaning your PS4 recognizing them all as being the same game, just different saves for the same game.
