Here is my Platinum Save for God of War 2018.
Save Slot 1 is the Platinum Save.
Save Slot 2 is Saved right before the final Valkyrie (Chooser of the Slain)
Save slots 3-10 are saved right before story based trophies. I believe you can get all story trophies except the first 4.
(For the saves above, I'm only Counting the manual saves, not autosaves)
Let me know what other trophies you can get from these saves.

Sorry if I'm late on this I'll upload my save once I finish tracking down the remaining 10 I missed. My save also includes ALL PERFECT GEAR found in the game. Fyi if you don't know the Perfect gear is the New Red items you get when playing NG+ mode since NOBODY has uploaded a save for GOD of WAR in NG+ mode.
