The save can be re-regioned to US. You can do it yourself if you need it.

How do you access the challenges section without the network connection? Or are points earned towards this score within the other modes? I re-regioned to US, oddly it shows 5,950 points instead of the 5,982, not an issue though, thanks in advance

Offline level cups also give you Awesomeness Level experience. Finish two offline levels with full cups earned, and it will send you to level 11.
