Save wizard refuses to find the rar file for resign, starting to piss me off. Works for all other games.
Save Wizard cannot read RAR files. Only ZIPs. Look inside the RAR file, and extract its contents. If there are no ZIPs, look for the CUSA folder containing the PS4 save files you are looking to resign and make your own ZIP. Use Windows to make the ZIP (right-click it, then "send to" then "compressed (zipped) file"). It would need to be in this format, no extra folders in the way:
ZIP >>> CUSA folder >>> PS4 save files
