Hello everyone!
There are my saves which I made through my platinum run. Game language, set by default is Polish, but you can change it in the settings -> OPCJE > JĘZYK > JĘZYK NAPISÓW.
Once loaded, you can continue or select chapter. Every chapter has it's own flowchart so you can see what decisions I made to obtain the trophies (or you can follow any other trophy guide).
1st Playthrough BEST ENDING --->>> You must login or register to view this content.
Continuing the last chapter and finishing the game will give you:
[B]AN ARMY OF ME[/B]
Connor converted the androids.
[B]SAFE HARBOR[/B]
Kara and Alice passed the border.
[B]HAPPY FAMILY[/B]
Kara, Alice, Luther are together at the end.
[B]MORAL VICTORY[/B]
Markus succeeded in making the soldiers stand back.
[COLOR="#008000"][B]when Amanda is trying to hack you, go find and interact with the blue hand-icon touchpad[/B][/COLOR]
[B]MY TURN TO DECIDE[/B]
Connor resisted hacking attempt from CyberLife.

Kara and Alice escaped Zlatko's house.

Markus got enough parts.

The Tracis escaped.

Alice enjoyed a ride on the merry-go-round.

Kara succeeded to make the cop go away.

Markus conducted a pacifist riot.

Connor refused to kill the Chloe.

Connor got the location of Jericho by himself.

Markus or Connor detonated the freighter.

Continue the last chapter and once loaded, quit to the main menu to get those trophies:

Connor stayed a machine.

Connor died and returned at every opportunity before reaching the end.
[COLOR="#008000"][B]If it's not working, try to continue the game and get Marcus killed by failing at QTE cutscenes.[/B][/COLOR]
In this playthrough I have also unlocked:

Markus pushed Leo.
[B]RUTHLESS[/B]
The Tracis were killed.
[B]JUST A MACHINE[/B]
Hank killed Connor.
[B]WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER[/B]
Markus broadcasted his message without raising an alarm or having a team casualty.

Markus conducted a violent riot.
[B]STAND YOUR GROUND[/B]
Markus stood his ground against the police.

This is the most complete extras and flowcharts profile I could manage. It's not 100%, because this game has so many possibilities, but maybe someone would like to have it.
