According to the guide he posted here:
- The last two weapons for this category are:
- [Off-Hand Weapon #12 (52:44)] Charlotte's Stake - Given by Charlotte after finishing her questline. From Venus' house teleport from the balcony to the house on the other side of the street and then follow the blood trail.
- [Off-Hand Weapon #13 (53:33)] Charles' Truncheon - Embrace Charles in West End.

Pack 1
Just take a bite
Embrace Clay during your first meeting with him.
- Load the save. Get off the doctor's boat, walk for a few meters and you'll meet Clay. For this trophy you have to kill him/drink his blood.
Merciful release
Let Clay live during your first meeting with him.
- Load the save. Get off the doctor's boat, walk for a few meters and you'll meet Clay. For this trophy you have to let him go free.
Hippocratic oath
Heal 10 citizens.
- Load the save and go to the Docks. In the pub there is an NPC named Dyson Delaney. Use the medicine on him for the trophy.
Pack 2
Unlife is strange
Save this poor plant with water.
- Load the save and give the water to the plant in your office. Sleep for 3 nights until the plant grows.
Anarchy in the UK
Turn a district to hostile status.
- Load the save and you'll be at the docks. Sleep for the night and the trophy will pop.
Solid metal gear
Upgrade a weapon to level 5.
- Load the save and you'll be in the safehouse. Go to the workbench and upgrade Milton's rifle (the purple one).
Bloody roots
Find the recollection of Paulus Aurelianus.
- Load the save, go to Usher Talltree and solve the enigma. The combination is the same one in the video @ 3:57

A taste for blood
Complete the game.
Not even once
Finish the game without killing any citizens.
- Load the save and finish the game to obtain these two trophies.

Lore keeper
Gather all collectibles.
- Load the save and go in the location shown in the video and search the following collectibles:
[Collectible #29 (28:51)] The Legendary Vampires: The Myth of the Horned Vampire - On your way to Harriet in the sewers, in a straw box on the left
shortly after entering the sewers (you have to go here as part of the story; you enter the sewers behind the Ascalon Club in West-End).
It'Â’s before the final boss fight.
The tools of the profession
Find all melee weapons.
- Load the save and go to the location shown in the video. You have to embrace:
[One Hand Weapon #12 (50:04)] Louise'Â’s Machete - Embrace Louise in West End. Start at 50:05 and follow the video from here.
Release her from the prison like in the video and continue. Must save her in the sewers first. 51:50 for location.
Keep your distance
Find all ranged weapons.
- The last ranged weapon is: [Ranged Weapon #11 (52:15)] ClarenceÂ’'s Parabellum - Embrace Clarence in West End. He will be in the streets.
Weapons of choice
Find all off-hand weapons.
(mislabeled/swapped in Powerpyx's timestamps because Charlotte popped the trophy for him; chronological order here)
