After re-signing load the game and press continue and use this video for the last 5 collectibles.

I tried again, just erased all save data from the game, started a new game, formatted the USB drive before copying my save, and resigned the my save using your file, didn't work!
If my game was from a different region I wouldn't even be able to resign the save, right? The trophies are supposed to pop as soon as I pick up the collectibles, right?

You need to check the CUSA

yes the trophies pop as soon as you pick them up and make sure you are the same region as the save [CUSA00035] you can also can pm me and i will gladly try to help

I'll double check, but from my understanding I shouldn't be able to resign the save if the CUSA isn't the same, right?

EDIT: I figured it out, I wasn't resigning the profile save. It worked once I resigned both files. I'm sorry.
