I played the Master Edition that comes with Iceborne, and when I used this save it unlocked pretty much every single trophy, I logged in and it unlocked the trophies for obtaining those little creatures on the back of big creatures, and it unlocked my final story trophy "The Sapphire Star"
I did one arena mission and it unlocked every single other trophy, the multiplayer ones, and the quest ones.
The only three I have to do manually is the "Obtain five highly rare pieces of equipment/weapons" and the Ph.D monster one, you gotta talk to the researcher guy. Overall this is a bomb save and pretty much insta-pop even in 2021
