i think you can get it through the story, because i only got cat prints trophy. btw did u have a save set before fighting tombstone??

It doesn't seem to work. Maybe the new update messed it up. I'll have a try by deleting the game and reinstalling without the update. Will post of my findings here.
Edit: I figured out that, in Australia at least, we use the CUSA11993. Is it possible to change it from CUSA11995 to CUSA11993?
Edit 2: I managed to re-region the save from CUSA11995 to CUSA11993. I can confirm that it indeed works. Follow the link to get it. Thanks again OP for the save.
