Did you fully extract the files and check your filepaths? I only checked the US download since that's the one you're using, but it's a ZIP with at least two more zips inside. If you're trying to import the download as is it won't work. A download around her could have any number of folders, RARs, ZIPs inside of it depending on how the uploader structured the save or saveset, so always try to look at what you're downloading. If you're using the "import" method, it will only work if you're importing a zip where the filepath looks like the below:
ZIP >>> CUSA folder >>> PS4 save files
