NOTE: I have the season pass, so I am not sure if you need to have the DLC for my save to work for you.

Complete a playthrough on Ultimate difficulty
I am including two versions, one just before the the final fight and the other, right after (just skip all cut scenes, credits etc.) and the trophies should pop.

Someone had a problem doing this and he solved his issue by doing the following:
1. Create a new save Game plus in your Spider-Man game.
2. Transfer it from your PS4 to your computer
3. Open my save in advanced mode in Save Wizard
4. Export it to a file on your hard drive
5. Open -your- saved game+ in Save Wizard
6. Import the saved file
7. Edit the first HEX value (I believe it's 00) and apply changes
8. Copy this edited save back to your PS4
that should work. Good luck.

Do a barrel roll!
As I was unable to re-region and unfortunately the other EU CUSA11993 didn't work for my disc version. I decided to play the game myself and made a save just before the Final Boss Battle.
Haven't tested it, but should unlock both trophies for Ultimate and NG+.
