I just changed the game region, to make it easier for people who have the US version.

Paying Respect - Go to the localition in the map (See his thread You must login or register to view this content.). Credits to You must login or register to view this content.
Grin and Bear it - Load save then search around you for bear until he spawn and let the bear attack you then tap CIRCLE quickly until you can shot the bear and kill him then the trophy will pop. Collector's Item - Just talk to Deborah MacGuiness. (See his thread You must login or register to view this content.). Credits to You must login or register to view this content.
Bountiful - Just sleep at camp one more time till afternoon and the trophy will pop. (See his thread You must login or register to view this content.). Credits to You must login or register to view this content.
Breaking and Entering - Rob Catfish Jacksons house, and it will pop. (Guide Location You must login or register to view this content.). Credits to You must login or register to view this content.
Take From the Rich - Start the Dutch mission, you will be going to Bronte's house, loot the guards, when you get to Bronte, before picking him up, Loot him and the trophy will pop. It's an easy and short mission. Credits to You must login or register to view this content.

You must login or register to view this content. - Go to any river or lake closer to you, and go fishing, use cheese bait (it attracts smaller fish, therefore easier) and fish for 1 or 2 times more. You must login or register to view this content. - Sleep two days and then talk to Javier, complete the property theft mission and then go back to the camp and deliver the item to Javier. Credits to You must login or register to view this content.
You must login or register to view this content. - Go to the camp and talk to Uncle (in the evening), he will give you a mission on animal theft. Credits to You must login or register to view this content.
You must login or register to view this content. - Load the game, you should start in a camp near the red marker, tear down the camp (circle button) travel to the red marker on the map which is close to the camp, go in the building around the back and the trophies will pop. Did you check the files first to see what was inside the zips? There needs to be this and ONLY this: The CUSA folder with no extra characters and letters, and directly inside of that CUSA folder you need the PS4 save files, not another folder.
A lot of the time, there are multiple folders before you get to the CUSA folder, or there's a ZIP inside the ZIP, or the folder is named after the trophy instead of the CUSA, or maybe there are extra characters like "CUSA03041 - Errand Boy", or maybe there's a RAR file. Or there could be any number of reasons Save Wizard can't read it.
My advice would be to extract the ZIP, find the CUSA folder that has ONLY the PS4 files inside of it and nothing else, and turn that folder into its own ZIP yourself.

Bountiful - you have to sleep 5 times, you can only twice in a row, then you wait, another two, then you wait and one more.
Grin and Bear it Trophy - Run to the red dot and a bear should appear, if it does not appear, reload saved game.
When the bear attacks them press circle and as soon as they can shoot just shoot without stopping.
It's Art - Works
Friends With Benefits - Go to the camp and talk to Uncle.
When you load the game you will start at Valentine and you have to go riding on your horse to your camp, you will be arriving at 9:22 if you give the horse the tonic so that his energy is not spent, when you arrive at the main entrance you a symbol of a bull will appear with a "u" that is from Uncle and there you accept the mission, finish it and trophy.
