02. Best in the West
Go to the trapper and buy all remaining equipments.

03. Zoologist and Skin Deep
The last one you need to study and skin is Florida Panther. The location has been marked on the map.
If it isn't a Florida Panther, but a normal panther or just a stranger near by, go back to the campsite and sleep.
Florida Panther might appear during night time at a high rate. It doesn't matter if you die. The animal will be the same one when the game is reloaded.
A little tip for those who find difficulty studying this animal:
Block your scent before you set out. When you nearly approach the mark, get off your horse, press L3 to crouch and move slowly.
Use Eagle Eye to find where it is and keep a distance. Study it with the telescope, then kill it using Dead Eye and skin.
Thanks to Purgatory's tip:
You can also set bait for the panther, that way you can safely study it without worrying about it attacking you, and then kill it.
it'll spawn as "Big Cat" guys

04. Best in the West, Zoologist and Skin Deep in One Save
The save might pop Zoologist and Skin Deep trophies as soon as you load the game, if not, enter the "Progress -> Compendium -> Animals" page should do.
These two trophies will pop at the same time, so if you want a proper trophy order and timestamp, don't use this.
For Best in the West trophy, go to the trapper and buy all remaining equipments.

Aside from resigning games, Save Wizard supports cheats for a pretty large library of games, growing all the time, and for many of those also has Advanced Mode if you're into hex editing so you can further hack away to your heart's delight. So the $60 is for more than just changing a save to match your profile. I don't use it that often but when I do, it's worth it to me. Obviously it's an individual judgment call for everyone though.
EDIT: I'll put it this way: Even though I use it maybe once every 3 months, if i think about all the time Save Wizard has SAVED me, such as not having to go for the highest difficulty in a game that I don't actually want to go for but would just for the trophy (I still do play higher difficulties if I enjoy the game enough), or saving time on farming if the farming in a game is boring instead of the fun it should be, it adds up to a lot of hours and my time, to me, is worth far more than the $60 I paid. If I were you I'd think about how much time you spend farming, playing higher difficulties when you're eager to move on to another game, check their library of games and also our library of saves, and then decide if it's worth $60. It's obviously different for everyone.

There is only 1 "autoSave", so, in the menu I see that I have only 100/500 (for example) animal, what I can do?
Also the panther is a legendary animal, are You sure I need to study? She kill me every time is very hard.
