Upgrade Any Weapon to Max level
* After getting the chunk, head back to haven and speak with the maker to upgrade the weapon. I believe the Salvation was at +8 upon loading, now upgrade it to +10 and it should also pop the trophy. (Thanks sajman777)

Which part are you stuck in? Back up your game profile to external media. This done delete your game profile and replace it with my file. If it doesn't work, try to locate the three Chunk of Adamantine. Some update may have fixed this bug.

Try whitout my profile. I test this save in dummy account and pop trophie.
